Animated Zoom error

Hello, I've read a lot of others help topics, none helped.

I've opened a heavy file. Illustrator had a problem, freezed and I closed with task manager.
When I opened again, all the work area was different, like the application have reseted to default.
My animated zoom was checked, gpu exhibition was enabled, but when i clicked zoom tool and tried to use, it freezed for a seconds and appeared that pointed area to zoom (not the animated one). In the settings,s animated was enabled, but in the view menu, gpu wasn't.
I reinstalled, didnt worked

System is win10 (didnt updated that time)
my gpu is gt730 nvidea (there is no update to do, since is an old gpu and is up to date)
8gb ram
ssd.

Oh the version is 23.0.1

Perhaps Illustrator does not like your graphic card.

It might also help to reboot the computer. You have to do that regularly.

Hi Monika.
I did this a plent of times.
Im going to 2nd week without solving this problem =( thats why I'm posting here
it's pretty hard to work with not animated zoom

Did you try it with GPU and Animated zoom turned off?

I am afraid you will not get much support anymore with a minimal 8 gb ram, and an Illustrator that is not supported anymore. But maybe someone with a similar setup can help.

yup, i tried pretty much everything.
uninstall, reinstall, turn on and off, restart the application, the computer =(
since that bug, it didnt work properly anymore.
