Hi, regarding Fresco that I updated and it helped. I found the problem which was the Apple Pencil that got fix at the Apple Store. So all is solved now. Thanks for your help and support.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Are you using Sidecar to mirror your display from your Mac? If yes, kindly try restarting your devices and then relaunching Illustrator to see if it helps. If the problem persists, kindly share more details, such as the OS/Illustrator version, device model, and a screen recording of the problem (if possible) so we can better assist you.
Alternatively, try using Illustrator on the iPad (https://adobe.ly/3PQptvr) and sharing your observations.

Hello Anubhav,
I've already restarted everything and still no solution.
FYI, I'm just mirroring my main display to the iPad. I used to use my Apple Pencil from the iPad and it worked perfectly... but now it is not working any more.
OS Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224)
Adobe Illustrator 28.4.1
Any ideas?

I've been using screen mirroring to iPad so I can use Apple Pencil in Illustrator for years with no issue. But now it's not working. Pencil works fine in Illustrator on iPad, but when mirroring my MacBook Pro to the iPad, it won't register any input from the Pencil. Restarted both devices, no improvement.

My iPadOS and macOS installations were apparently incompatible. Updating both fixed the issue. I didn't need to revert to an older Illustrator build.

The same solution worked for me. I had updated iPadOS or macOS but not the other, and they had some incompatibility as a result

Hello again,
nothing is working. I did all I could at this point including updating Fresco, etc... see screenshots for validation. I found on the apple community people having issues with the Apple Pencil that related to the Mac OS. Is it relevant? I am just the user struggling here.

So you are having issues with Fresco, not with Sidecar and Illustrator?
