I'm sorry to learn about the issues you're having with your Adobe applications. Could you please verify the OS version and the versions of Illustrator/InDesign you have installed? Additionally, does Illustrator/InDesign exhibit this behavior when working with files from a certain location, such as an external/network drive, a cloud-synced folder, or using a specific tool/feature?

Mac OS Sequoia 15.1.1. InDesign v 20.0.1, Illustrator v 29.1, Photoshop v 26.1, Bridge v 15.0.1. Yes this is happening to many users in our company when accessing files from server drives. It affects 3 of us simultaneously. The issues started in late September.
