arabic font issue

Hello everyone, I had a problem while working on Arabic text with AF-Najed font, I created the main file on windows and then I bought a new Mac then I installed the same version of Illustrator and here the problem appeared that the program reads the font strangely incomprehensible I tried to install different versions program, and the problem was not resolved

Sorry to hear about this experience. As pointed out by Doug, you will need to copy the font file from the old computer and install it on your macOS computer for it to work in Illustrator.

it has been an issue with that font for ages, there is an internal issue with the font character map.

try to find a replacement to that font in OTF format
