Art boards in Illustrator don't snap to the nearest numbers and when you export they don't look good. Art boards should snap to full numbers!

In the latest 2026 version 30.0 

You either need to have Snap to pixel or Snap to Grid turned on.

Then you can click on the Rearrange Artboards icon in the Artboards panel and select Manually.

The arboards will then align to the pixel grid.
