Not sure if something changed with my settings? But when I am hitting "undo" in illustrator my artwork disappears or rather "hides" when i hit the undo button because I have to  hit "show all" in order for me to see the artwork. This didn't happen before and I'm not sure where to go in settings to fix this. Any help is appreciated!

Hello @michael28468523rvbv,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/3QNVCo9) and checking if it helps?

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.

Also, try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
