Hello @Duong Thanh,

We understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to use GPU Performance in Illustrator. I hope the suggestions shared by Rene helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and check if it helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hello @Duong Thanh,

If the problem persists after trying the suggestions shared above, we will need some more information to be able to help you with this scenario:

  1. AISniffer file - You will find it within the Illustrator Preferences folder. The location of that folder is in the User library. Users/username/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator #(version Number)Settings > AISniffer

  2. Your system information file - You can generate it from the Apple icon > About This Mac > System Report > Save it.

Kindly upload the files by following the steps in this community (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/share-your-files-in-6-simple-steps/td-p/12967...), and share a link here or via DM so that we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
