Auto fit box

Is there a way to automatically create a box around a group of objects.

for example I need a box which should be fit to the text below.

There's a script MakeRectangleAI.jsx by Sergey-Anosov@yandex.ru (https://sites.google.com/site/dtpscripting) that will do this.

This could probably be Action-ed too, but I'll let cleverer people answer that bit...
