Hi, as sishamIAGD suggested, we need more information to help you. What version of Adobe Illustrator are you using? What are the features of your computer? Have you tried to reset preferences?

The one thing that I notice from your screen shot is that you are showing a .png file which is a raster file. If you are talking about converting live text to outlines then it would have no effect on a raster file. Converting text to outlines would only affect type that is part of an .ai or .pdf vector file.
