Illustrator is only a tool. It is not an automatic creator of art and design. If you want to cre

There are tutorials how different artists approach this type of job. I would suggest you ask in the Photoshop forum since they definitely know a coupl

There are tutorials how different artists approach this type of job. I would suggest you ask in the Photoshop forum since they definitely know a couple of good tutorials and if you need additional tutorials, YouTube should have plenty to try out different approaches, since it also depends on your source material.

Illustrator is only a tool. It is not an automatic creator of art and design. If you want to create something like this and have the skills to draw and/or paint then learning about the tools available in Illustrator so that you can use them in the same way that a painter or illustrator would traditionally do so is the only way to make art and/or design happen.

Seeing your reply To Ton's suggestion about using Photoshop (after I posted): my same sentiments about Illustrator would also apply to Photoshop.
