Black outline/ stroke appears after creating outline of text

When converting text to oultines, it adds a black outline to the whole text box... It never happened before, nor does it happens in all cases.. Is it a bug?

• OS & version of Illustrator
• Please share a download link to a sample file with us in which this issue is reproducible.
• Is this happening in a specific file or all?
• When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.

Also, please try pressing the ctrl+e or cmd+e shortcut and see if that helps or not.

I'm not able to replicate that issue.

Does the black outline on the text box remain if you deselect the text box?
