Blank PNG Exports

Has been going on before this latest update.  I have a handful of AI files and I cannoy export them as PNGs.  I've tried resetting preferences/reinstalling, using and not using the Artboard checkbox during export, etc.  The resulting export is just a blank file.  JPG and other export types work fine.  What info can I provide to help troubleshoot?

Thanks.

You could provide an example Illustrator file that has the problem.

There was a bug a few months ago from that update, where all png exports were set to transparent indexed color mode. Open the png in Photoshop and change the color mode to RGB, then save. Does that resolve the issue?

What AI version are you using?
