Blend modes give different results in different versions

I created a new file where I used multiple blend modes on version 28.1 and now as I updated to version 28.2 the colors changed a lot where the blend mode is used. At first I thought the settings got messed up, but I reverted back to 28.1 and it looks as it did before.
Now I'm not sure if it was broken in 28.1 or in the latest version. Anyone else noticed this?

Version 28.1 was broken.

Which blend mode are you using?

There were problems with 28.1 that were fixed in 28.2.

I mainly used the overlay blend mode, which is the one that makes the biggest difference.
