how the [ profanity removed ] do i remove these blue ballons from the interface-   i am an advanced user of many years.  I do not need these popping up-   Adobe you waste so much of my [ profanity removed ] time with this kinda thing.

You might need to update to the most recent version. Check this thread for a possible solution.
