Thanks for reaching out. To assist you better, we will need some more info about the file format and resolution used to export.

Exporting in a raster format such as JPG/PNG will result in pixelation, especially for a logo with small dimensions. Some things you may try are exporting at a higher resolution if you need to use a raster format or exporting as an SVG.

Hi. The more details your logo has, the blurrier it will look at a small size with pixel-based formats like jpg or gif. You can use a vector-based format like svg.
