Bounding Box is just about invisible when using text. Cycling View > Bounding Box does not fix.

Recently update to macOS Monterey. Any ideas?

Hi @marliton,

Sorry about the trouble. I would like to know if the steps suggested in the link shared above by @marliton worked for you? If not, I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • The exact version of macOS & Illustrator
  • Screenshot of the selected artwork, View menu & the Layer panel
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.

Kindly update the discussion if you still need assistance with it. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini

Regarding my disappearing bounding box…

May have figured it out. Preferences > Performance > turn on GPU Performance

This is what fixed my specific problem.
