BUG illustrator mars 2023

Bonjour,

Depuis plusieurs semaines, illustrator se ferme en cours d'utilisation très fréquemment -> ça devient impossible de travailler dans ces conditions.

Je le redémarre et il me propose le fichier de récupération. Je suis obligée d'enregistrer en permanence et donc par moment, je perds les dernières étapes de mon travail.

J'ai la dernière mise à jour installée (ça a commencé avec la précédente) : 27.3.1.

Quelle solution (autre que faire ou chercher une mise à jour) est possible ?

Hello @SYLVIE F,

 

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. Also, if you are using a Windows computer and have Antivirus software enabled, kindly try adding the Adobe applications to the exclusion list or disabling the Antivirus software temporarily to check if it helps.

Which system are you using?

Where do you save yoiur files?

Did you already reset the preferences? (this will erase your settings)

j'utilise Windows 10 famille - RAm 16 Go - Intel Core i7 10875H CPU @2.30GHz

les fichiers sont enregistrés sur C

Et oui toutes mes préférences ont disparu, j'ai du les remettre

Bonjour,

Désolée, je n'ai pas fait le crash report et pour l'instant le problème semble résolu. Après différents tests, j'ai modifié le driver de ma tablette Wacom comme indiqué dans votre mail.

Si illustrator plante à nouveau, je penserai à suivre la procédure pour envoyer et récupérer les infos.

Merci pour votre aide.

J'espère que ce problème de driver sera éradiqué lors d'une prochaine mise à jour. Tout mon ordinateur est à jour sauf ma tablette miantenant.
