Julien,

This is caused by your using 300 PPI (PPP): 24% of 300 is 72.

The size of 1 px in Ai is 1/72 of an inch, so 1 inch = 72 px, corresponding to 72 PPI (PPP).

You can avoid the issue by simply using the unit px, or by using 72 PPI instead of 300 PPI.

Yes, Jacob, 300 ppi shows as 24%, but the first screen also shows 300 ppi, but 100% scale.

Looks incorrect to me but I cannot replicate that.

Hello,

Hi @Julien_Lefebvre_nrd ,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Is this issue specific to a particular file? If possible, could you share a short video of your workflow and a sample file used in it? This will help us replicate the issue on our end and provide better assistance.

Regards,

Srishti
