Bug Report: Saved Files (packaged or not) Are Changing Once Closed

Starting roughly the beginning of this year all my Illustrator files change while they're closed! The most common thing is images are moved all around or effects like dropshadows will have changed settings. It's so annoying, I just want my file to stay the way I designed it. It's causeing a lot of rework to be done. Has anyone else been having this issue?

I've tested the files by packaging them and even zipping them and even the zip files shift while closed. I've tried files that are on my desktop and ones stored in a cloud storage. It's not my computer, it's perfectly up-to-date. Any solutions out there or can we get this bug fixed soon please?

Would you mind sharing more details, like the OS/Illustrator version, and a link to a sample file and screenshots of the problem after uploading them to a file-sharing service, so I can check it on my end?
