I have a bug with gradient when I use Shape Builder Tool

Illustrator v26.0
MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)

2.9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9

32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB

It could be just a preview problem

Try to switch fro GPU Preview (which is fast but sometimes inaccurate) to CPU Preview:  Cmd E
