There are more expectations for that:
- Try to disable the GPU Performance from Edit> Preferences > Performance.
- Try to disable your antivirus or firewall and relaunch your app.

or you can contact the Customer Care:

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

  • The exact version OS & Illustrator
  • Is this happening while working on a specific file? If yes, could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link.
  • Is this happening with both old & new documents?
  • Where are your files saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?
  • Does turning off the internet help resolve the issue?
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.

We are here to help. We just need more information.

Regards,

Anshul Saini

It happens basically with the texture files applied to the vector artwork. Illustrator version is 26.0.1.

I have Dell xps 17 9700 with the nvidia gpu 1650 Ti.
