Localising terms may sometimes be a funny game:
This is a screenshot taken from the latest German Illustrator version (26.4). The localised term "Tonwertkorrektur" in the Bullets and Numbering dialog is just wrong in this context. Consider to use "Ebene" or "Ebenen" instead.
In InDesign it's called "Ebene".
One may also call it "Stufe" or "Stufen", but certainly not "Tonwertkorrektur".

Thanks for bringing this up. We have logged an internal ticket with the product team, and they will check with linguist export and do the need full.
