Hello, i'm using CADTools 12 for Illustrator. Unfortunately I updated Illustator to 2023 version and it's not working because it's for 2021 max. I can install previous version from Creative Cloud but only 2022 max. Can I do something and download Illustrator 2021?

 I tried to download from prodesigntools, but I don't know how to. When I click "Download now" button its redirects me to official Adobe site where I can download only last avalible version od Illustrator. Is there any link where I can easly download Illustrator 2021?

@ProDesignTools offers only links to the official Adobe websites. They do not store the data locally. If you get redirected, that may well be that Adobe pulled the plug on those links for a reason unknown to us. If ProDesignTools can't help, you really need to contact Adobe customer care for help.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Thanks a lot for reply, but I have one more question. When I ask in chat for the Illustrator 2021 download link the bot is replying "An active plan or trial is required to download most apps. I found no current active plan linked to *my email*", but I have active plan with Illustrator. Is it possible to write with real preson, not bot?

Type “agent”. You will need an active plan connected to your Adobe ID, and your Adobe ID is an e-mail address, normally. It is possible to use Facebook or other alternate log in procedures, but I would strongly suggest not to use such possibilities.

How to Get the Creative Cloud 2021 Direct Download Links

You should still be able to get the 2021 release that way. Make sure to keep a copy of your downloaded installer package in a safe place.
