Calque de texte différent entre Illustrator 25 et les versions précédentes

Bonjour,

Je travaille actuellement sur des fichiers illustrators avec différents pavés de texte et je me rends compte que mon pavé de texte n'a pas le bon encombrement.

Voici un screen du pavé de texte sur les versions illustrator 24 et 23 (exactement le même pavé ce qui est normal)

Puis voici exactement le même pavé de texte depuis le même fichier juste ouvert par illustrator 25

Il faut bien évidemment que le pavé de texte soit identique à avant donc le visuel des illustrators précédents (la première capture d'écran).

Avez-vous une solution s'il vous plait ?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator 2025's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/4fUmGM0) and checking if it helps?

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.


If the problem persists, kindly share a link to a sample file here after uploading it to a file-sharing service so I can check it on my end.

1. Does this issue occur with this specific document, or do you experience it with other documents as well?

2. Does the problem persist if you try using a different font (e.g., Myriad Pro) in a new file?

Ce problème se produit sur tous les autres fichiers qui ont découlé de celui là.

Un collègue en réinitialisant les paramètres de son illustrator a eu une fenêtre lui indiquant que ce pavé de texte avec été créée avec une trop ancienne version d'illustrator. Le problème c'est que ce pavé de texte a été créé avec la version Illustrator 24... 

Pour répondre à la question numéro 2, en modifiant le pavé de texte ça change la disposition du pavé (encombrement, interlettrage...) et nous pouvons pas nous permettre un décalage dans notre métier donc encore moins un changement de police.

Thanks for updating Illustrator and testing the file again. Since the issue persists, could you try creating a new document in Illustrator 29.2.1 and recreating the same text box to see if the problem still occurs?

Additionally, if you have another older document where the text appears correctly in previous versions but changes in Illustrator 2025 or later, could you share that file? The one you shared earlier appears to work fine on my end, so another example might help pinpoint the issue.

Quand je recréé le bloc de texte, j'ai le mauvais encombrement. J'ai besoin que le bloc ne change pas d'un pixel (et ça n'a pas lieu d'être puisque je ne le modifie pas). Donc c'est extrêmement problématique.

Je ne peux pas vous partagez plus que ce que je vous ai déjà fait parvenir. Mais sur exactement le même bloc de texte dans d'autres documents, j'ai exactement le même problème. On a essayé de réinstaller Illustrator, on a essayé de l'ouvrir sur des machines différentes, toujours le problème.

Je ne sais pas si ça a son importance, mais je suis sur mac.

It seems there is a problem with that particular text box. Could you try recreating the text box (using the original font) on a new document and then using that to replace any instances of it on other documents to see if it helps?

Le problème est que je n'arrive pas à retrouver à 100% le même encombrement, ce qui est très problématique dans mon métier. Il ne FAUT PAS que les blocs déjà existants ne soit pas modifiés tant que je ne les modifie pas.

Donc ceci ne règle absolument pas le problème, qui devrait encore une fois ne pas avoir lieu...

Si oui, pas de problème avec la version 2024, je n'ai pas ce problème de bloc de texte. Mais je ne peux pas rester sur une ancienne version d'Illustrator.

Alors que regardez les captures écrans que vous avez mis sur votre précédent message. Je n'ai pas touché au fichier, je n'ai même pas cliqué sur le pavé de texte.
