Can a script access the Document Info Panel data?

Just wondering if it's possible to access the data stored within this panel via scripting. Currently I'm looping through a lot of this information within files, but since it's quickly available via a panel in one place, I'm wondering if I can pull useful data through there. As an example the data on Objects and fonts would be most useful to me:
