can I add illustrator for my posts designs

Hi community 

Currently I am working at wisemkt Australia. I have question about design and development of my ecommerce website. can I install adobe illustrator for post designs in my laptop. currently I am running different programs at my system. I am asking this because of heavy working load at my system. your valuable suggestions will be an honour for me.
