I agree with Doug here. You may sell your artwork created in the app but subscription would be helpful in a long(also short if needed) term scenario. I'd recommend subscribing the app here. Hope it helps.

In addition to what Doug and Ashutosh said, if/as long as your access need is limited/intermittent, you can subscribe for just one month at a time when needed, remembering to cancel.
