To collaborate? No, the license is for you to use. You cannot let other people use your license, not even by coming to your computer and using the mouse.  There is no way to do "live collaboration" in Adobe design apps.

Can you? Technically of course. Would it be legal? Probably not, though the exact interpretation is up to your country's legal regulations and based thereon the interpretation of Adobe licensing and service agreements. At the end of the day it's an academic question, though...
