I've set up ilustrator for trial, now adobe account shows that I have it in my plan, I didn't pay for it and it wants to charge me 36,89 € even though I'm not using it after the trial period.
Can't change the play because it says that there was no payment first. Please help me or tell me where to write an email to for help.
