Can't Change PDF Filename Font in Marks & Bleed Info

Hello community,

I’m encountering an issue when saving PDF files with filenames in languages other than English. Specifically, I sometimes use Arabic filenames, and I want them to be displayed correctly within the bleed area. However, when using Arabic filenames, I see question marks like this: “??? ??? ??? copy.pdf.”

My question is: Can I replace the Courier Font with another font that fully supports Arabic text in my PDF files?

Thank you for your assistance!

Hello @MidoSemsem,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, exact details of your workflow, and screenshots of the problem, so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
