Can't create custom keyboard shortcuts to run a script

Hi All

I got this to work a while back but after an update my Hotkey isnt working, i was able to create a hotkey to perform opening a particular 3rd party script in Actions

In hte below ima=ge is what i'm tryin gto accomplish

I want to hit F2 and the script plays

try re recording the Action, I just updated Illustrator and shortcuts to scripts work fine
