Can't double click to convert anchor point to curve

Hi. Unfortunately I'm currently not able to convert an anchor point into a curve by double-clicking the anchor point. Any ideas how to solve that?

To convert a corner point to a smooth point, using the Convert Anchor Point tool (Shift+C), click the point and drag.
