Can't finish previewing - how to fix it?

Hi all. Does anyone know how to fix this error? I've tried restarting my computer but still doesn't work (this usually works for me) I've turned off everything except Illustrator so I don't think I'm running low on the memory/ RAM and my file is only 3.2MB. Please help I can't use Illustrator... 😞

I'm using Imac 24" with 16 RAM.

It could be that your file is too complex, patterns, clipping paths, too many anchor points. Hard to tell without seeing the file.
