Can't open the illustration.The file is locked or in use. ID- 54

Hi Team,

We have created a plugin in mac os by following the get started guide line . We are successfilly generated the .aip file under the output folder. All the codes are present on MAC machine locally not any cloud or server. But when try to open that file in illustrator its showing the following error i.e. Can't  open the illustration.The file is locked or in use. ID- 54 . 

We have also tried to open the file that is genetaed when build the MasterProject and that .aip also getting the same error code as shown in above. Please guide us on this issue .

We are using  macOS Monterey 12.0.1 , XCode 13.1 and illustrator 26.0.2 .

Can anyone please help?
