Can’t Save Illustrator Files to Adobe Cloud on new MacBook Pro m4

Hey, hoping someone here can help me out. I just switched to a new MacBook Pro with the M4 chip, and every time I try to save an Illustrator file to Adobe Cloud after editing, I get an error and it won’t let me save. My internet connection’s solid, the Mac is new, i have enough memory in the cloud, so I’m not sure what’s causing it…

Thanks for sharing the details and the screenshot. Could you please confirm the version of Illustrator you're using and the macOS version? Also, as Bobby asked, are you able to save the file locally to your internal hard drive without any issues? Let us know if this is happening with just this file or others as well.

Additionally, when the error appears, could you please click on the "More information" link and share a screenshot of what shows up? That’ll help us understand the issue better.
