Can't select the tools I want to use - Illustrator automatically switches tools

Hello,

Today I have experienced a problem that have never occured while using Illustrator before. When I try to select different tools Illustrator won't let me, most of the time the selection jumps to the rotation tool (sometimes to a different one). Usually when I use Illustrator the basic tool is the selection tool (V), and once i deselect an object or something it jumps back to that, but now it jumps to the rotation tool. I have made a video of the problem and attached it.

Anyone ran into this problem before? I need Illustrator for work so this is really important.

Did you try to restart your computer? What input device are you using, mouse, pen, trackpad?

Why do you click the Edit Toolbar button?

Already contacted support, it seems to be hardware or driver issue, so the it's not Illustrator that is bugged.
