How about Effect>Stylize>Drop Shadow?

 

You may need a few tries to adjust the settings; you can work on top of the (locked) logo and Hide/Show the new one.

You mean for the bevel?

If that is a newer file, then probably 3D & materials. If it's older, then Photoshop

Yes for the bevel. I just did this logo in Illustrator a couple of months
ago but cannot figure out how to recreate it.
