Cannot find "preferences" in Adobe Illustrator

Trying to locate the preferences but it is not where I normally find it. Has Illustrator moved it?

Is it not under 'Settings'?

It has been renamed settings in the Illustrator menu and when you open that menu item, like: Settings... > General... it is called Preferences.
