when have some changes and tried to save it pop up with " illustrator tried, but could not save the document "file name"aic". Click 'Learn more' to know about possible reasons and resolutions.
Would you mind trying to copy the objects/layers from this file to a new one and then saving it to see if it helps? Also, try using Save As to save your file locally and share your observations.
