OS Monterey, Illustrator 26.2

PS works, but in Illustrator I can’t save on my computer (only in the cloud, but I need to use the local drive).

– The SAVE-button is grey.

– The sidebar does not react when clicking.

– Path can’t be chosen.

LittleSnitch deactivated.

In preferences “background saving” is deactivated.

Prefs made new with alt-cmd-shift and start.

I have any idea left. Can you help me, please? thanks!

Yes, I’m updating to 12.3.1 at the moment … Thank you!

Resizing the save-window helped for now.

Yes, it’s blinking an d after a while I can use it.

Oh man … thank you!

Now I have seen a new 12.3.1 available from Apple. I hop that will fix it permanently.

LATEST

Hi @angela2005,

We are sorry for the trouble. As @Ton Frederiks suggested, does the macOS update v12.3.1 resolve the issue? We worked with Apple and addressed this issue with the latest macOS update released last week.

Please let us know if the issue still persists.

Regards,

Anshul Saini
