Cannot save Illustrator Document

Explorer ,
Mar 12, 2024 Mar 12, 2024

I tried to save my Illustrator document but get a message, screenshot below. I think the file is corrupted. Then I decided to try to delete it, but it says I have to close it in order to delete it, and it won't let me close it without saving it.... so I literally cannot close the document, save it or delete it.

And if I try to quit illustrator, it just pops up the same window shown in the screenshot saying it can't save the document, and prevents me from even quitting Illustrator...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you save it on your local harddisk?

Maybe log out and then in again to your Creative Cloud account?
