CANT error for image tracing

Recently bought illustrator cc and everything works perfect except for the image tracing. It goes through the process but right before its done I get this error message " The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [CANT] "

Please help I have no idea how to fix this.

Closing the program and reopening it does not fix it.

Which system is it?

Can you please tell us the hardware specifications of your computer, especially the amount of RAM installed?

How large is the image you are tracing?

Does this happen on all images,  and settings? Is this the first time the Adobe suite has been installed on this computer, or may you have residual files from not using the Adobe Cleaner to uninstall? What OS & plug ins are you running.

Reset your prefs. Then Window > Workspace > Reset current workspace.

Did you use the Adobe Cleaner to fully remove and reinstall?

I have the same problem and it doesn't matter if it's a small image, text or anything that I try to trace I get the same error.

I also tried to reset the prefs and nothing, the problem is still happening.
