I am having major issues with my CC libraries with every Adobe app on my computer. Basically, I can see the libraries and assets, but when I click to edit or place them, nothing happens. I've tried everything listed on this link, including clearing the cache, checking the host file, uninstalling all programs, using the cleaner tool and reinstalling.
Randomly I will get the error that the file doesn't exist, or is in use by another user. However, mostly I get no errors at all. Just no results or usability.
One workaround I've found is to view my assets on the website, then transfer them to a new Library. However this is slow as it doesn't appear to work on a large number items at a time. Not every command works to move or copy the assets. Unfortunately, I have dozens of very large libraries based on ongoing projects I've managed for several years. It's impracital for me to do this with every library. I also have no assurance that this won't suddenly happen to my newly created libraries since I haven't been able to located the source of the issue. This has been going on for 3 days.
It seems that the database of the library is corrupted and the link to the file just isn'working in the program. Surely there must be a way to rebuild the libraries? I'm in the middle of a launch and having no access to my library content is extremely problematic, especially for linked assets that are now showing up as broken links. Please help!
Update: I don't know what could've changed from yesterday's post to today, but suddenly the libraries are functional again. I'm thankful it's working but this has been ridiculous.

I have also been having this same issue with my libraries - no error messages and not able to place them in a working file when right click and "past copy."
