Is it somehow possible to change settings like: Turning on or off (constrain height and withdt in proportion) or change aligning to artboard or to selecion by using action?
You can't selectively toggle tool settings. You have to record separate different actions with the respective settings baked in if that's what you need.
Even if i record action with for example (align to artboard) and then manually change align to selection then action not gonna work as recorder but its gonna work as its now.
