Hello, The window that should open down and allow me to select fonts does not open.
Even though I click, I get no results and I can't use the font window.

I'm using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and the character selection panel doesn't respond at all even though I click it. The area where I click to select a font in all character panels does not respond and I cannot select a font. Please help me on this issue.

On which system are you using it?

Are there multiple screens connected?

CS6 is a 13 year old application. You are using it on the latest operating system.

Did it ever work after you updated the system?

I am using an old version because my computer's hardware is not very good. I have been using CS6 for 5 years and have not had any problems, but today there is a problem with the text selection tool and even though I click, the drop-down text selection window does not open and there is no reaction when I click.

Yes. I understand why someone is using an old version. But then you absolutely have to keep the operating system old as well.

We have no experience with that combination on the forum. It might be caused by anything. But most likely some Windows update hit hard.
