Can you share a sample Illustrator file for inspection?

Include further instructions to clarify what you want to achieve.

Of course sorry,
This is typiclly the file i need to clean...
In trace mode, you can see the overlapping when the line is more black and can imagine manually is not possible easily.

I need only on line without overlap beceause my laser work 2 times on the same line and destroy the material.

Many thanks in advance,

Thanks for the screenshot, but it would be better if you can provide a sample Illustrator file for inspection.

You provided a sample Illustrator file, but in the meantime you removed it for some unknown reason.

Based on the file you provided, it's a rather tricky case because all objects that appears to be lines actually are closed stroked paths, not lines as per definition.

That makes it very difficult to find a way to remove the unwanted objects (they are definitely no congruent duplicates).

In my eyes, this is an entire constructional defect that can not be repaired instantly. It has to be rebuilt properly.

Nico,

Looking at the screenshot I am (almost) certain that the isssue can be solved at the source, through avoidance of the inaccuracy that causes it, strangely occurring at irregular intervals.

May I ask how you have created the pattern structure?
