So you sent them to the printer together? Did you print them or someone else?
EPS doesn't contain a color profile, so the printer lacks crucial information. Did you discuss the matter with them?

Hello,
Files is saved from AI - as EPS - sent to printer. RIP detects the files differently (as it can be seen on the screen before printing). But why ?? , as long as the color formula is the same, the files are both EPS. Even if it is not correct, the result must be EQUAL.

I had a look at your files and cannot detect the difference.
I noticed transparency with the Flattener Preview (the white strokes). This is the Illustrator part, eps cannot contain transparency.
So depending on who is printing what; from Illustrator you print the .ai part with transparency and color profile, from whatever opens the .eps without transparency and without color profile, you may get a different result.
