Color Illustration view in Black and White Temporarily

Hi gang. Does anyone know how to toggle the presentation mode from color to black and white and then back again? I want to be able to see my illustration project in black and white every once in a while so that I can see if the values of the colors are balanced or not.

You could set the View > Proof Setup to a Grayscale profile and turn the Proof Colors On and Off.
