When you exported the tiff, was RGB selected as the Color Model in the Tiff Options dialog?

It would help to see what kind of Color Management you are using and how much of that is making it through to your export.

Could you please take screen captures of the following...
- TIFF Options dialog box when you are exporting
- The Color Settings dialog box (found in the Edit menu)

May I ask why you are using a TIFF format? If your image is to be viewed online, JPEG or PNG may be better options.
