It's been really annoying in these two days, found out the colors in Illustrator are too saturated. same issue with Indesign and Arobat, only Photoshop display correctly... All my color setting, color profile are in the same seeting. I even uninstalled the softwares, the problems still exits.
(The attched pricture is my previous artwork which worked in Indesign, the color is pop-up, only the view in Photoshop matches with my print product.)

I created a new document and draw a block M60 Y60 in Ps, Ai, Id, the color displays differently.

The Photoshop one really stands out. The others look more or less like this would look printed.
How is your preview set up in Photoshop?

I think I just know where is the problem came from(I've googled it really hard)...
I have a dual monitor setup, when I switch to second only, the color displays correct.

Preview set up in Photoshop is in View > Proof
With your dual monitor setup: that doesn't sound good. I have no idea how to solve that and get both monitors back.
There also is a color management forum in the Adobe community and maybe they have an idea.

Hello
This is a draft document working in each software, M60 Y60 in CMYK format, you can see the color is different.
